Sheila Sells guided me through a session of Quantum Healing Hypnosis a couple of
weeks ago. I didn’t know what to expect, but it was a very positive experience for me.
First she made sure to provide a comfortable, quiet location for us to meet. She made
sure I knew there was nothing I was expected to do and she was really good about
talking in a soothing voice and asking appropriate questions that helped me access my
subconscious.
Afterwards, and continuing still, I felt a lessening of depression and anxiety and gained
an inner strength that helped me identify my own needs and wants, and to act upon
achieving them.
Sheila also guided me through the process of releasing feelings of guilt and negative
self-worth. I believe this was really valuable for my well-being and I continue to draw
upon the experience to maintain these positive feelings. I think the healing work we did
helped with my digestive issues and helped reduce some of my unhealthy food
cravings.

I had a Beyond Quantum Healing session with Sheila. I have never had online hypnosis before, so I was very happy to have an opportunity to do so. I found Sheila to be very relaxed and non-judgmental. She had a very calm, yet confident presence which immediately put me at ease. She was very thorough
in making sure she understood my questions and which ones were the most important to me to find
answers for. Once we started, she
got me into the flow of the session quickly and I felt the healing energy right from the beginning. Sheila
was always there quietly, but skillfully knew when to move the scene along. As healing work was being
done, I was very impressed at how gentle, yet powerful it was at the same time. At one point a block was
removed, and I felt a physical sensation that corresponded to what I was seeing in my minds eye. At the

I captured the feeling of freedom as I was flying as an eagle in Arizona. I was told to remember I can tap into
this anytime! I could literally smell the eucalyptus throughout my session and that was phenomenal!
I traveled to a planet far away and visited an ancient yet advanced building and the memory of that
was amazing!
I visited Gaia in the 8th dimension and saw the most beautiful sights
I had the most amazing connection with my Higher Self and I could feel her throughout my body as
sensations of heat and warmth!
